Mario Rodriguez, born on November 23, 1962 was called home to be with our Lord on, Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at the age of 59.  He is preceded in death by his father, Gerardo Rodriguez; mother, Petra Rodriguez; son, Mariano "Pookey" Rodriguez; brother, Magdaleno Rodriguez, Jose Barrera and Ramon Rodriguez; sister, Margarita Alvarez.

Mario is loved and will be greatly missed by his wife of 10 years, Sylvia Badillo, sons, Matthew R. (Jennifer) Benavidez and John Michael Amador Badillo; daughters, Maria Alicia "Mary" (Jesse) Rodriguez and Marianna (Johnny) Rodriguez Marquez;  stepsons, Arthur (Debbie) Gonzales, Randy Gonzales and Amador (Sabrina) Badillo; stepdaughters, Lorraine (Chris) Olivares, Angel (Erick) Escamilla; brothers, Tomas Barrera, Ruben Rodriguez, Norberto Castellano and Alejandro Rodriguez ; sisters Noelia Cardenas, Maria Robledo, Delia Rodriguez and Janina Rodriguez; 15 grandsons, 12 granddaughters and 4 great granddaughters, mother-in-law, Bonnie Badillo, father-in-law, Fidencio Badillo, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
