Mary Ellen Bañuelos was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the blessed age of 72. She was born August 4, 1950 in Boerne, TX to Alfredo and Vera Vargas. She is reunited in heaven with her parents and husband Rodolfo Bañuelos. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her children Xavier R. Bañuelos (Erica), Jose A. Bañuelos (Luz Ofelia Nuñez); grandchildren Alexandro Bañuelos, Sebastian Bañuelos, Gavin Bañuelos, Roman Bañuelos; sisters Vera Ramos, Jacqueline Rabago (David); as well as extended family members and friends. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing. She will live forever in our hearts.
