Mary Esther Rodriguez was born July 16th , 1946, in Mercedes TX.  She passed away peacefully on June 19th , 2025, surrounded by the love of her daughters. She was 78 years old.

Mary loved helping her mother take care of her siblings from a very young age.  She meets her first, falls in love when she was a teenager and from that love came two daughters, San Juanita and Eulalia. Mary builds a fulfilling life with her second husband with whom She had 3 more daughters Maria Luisa, Elizabeth, and Blanca.

In the mid 1990s they both created a small business which was a snow cone truck.  Selling around the Westside of town and baseball park.  They stopped the business in 2009 and retired.

She loved to help anyone in need, no questions asked.  Mary didn't have much but with what little they had the house was always open to family with love and open arms.  She created so many beautiful and precious memories especially with her younger daughters.  Mary believed in the Lord and his mother Virgin Mary. She will be deeply missed but no longer suffering or in pain anymore.

Mary is very much loved and will be missed by her daughters San Juanita Garza, Eulalia Rodriguez, Maria Luisa Martinez, Elizabeth Luis, and Blanca Luis Grubbs; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
