Mary was preceded in death by her beloved life partner, Antonio Martinez, granddaughter, Stacey A. Chavez and brother, Natalio Cruz. She is survived by her sons, Gilberto Chavez Jr. (Grace) and Robert Chavez; grandchildren, Caleb Chavez, Cruz Chavez, Claudia Chavez, Isabelle Chavez, and Jacob Chavez; great grandson, Eric A. Garza; siblings, Antonio Cruz, Frank Cruz, Sonia Lopez, Raquel Lopez, Beatriz P. Lopez, Nydia D. Lopez, Juana M. Lopez, Luis C. Lopez, Roberto Lopez. Dolores Lopez, Mirna N. Lopez, Anna Bertha Lopez, and Salvador Lopez.
