Mary Lou Martinez, beloved wife of Jose Jesus Hernandez Ramirez, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2024, at the age of 73. She was born on February 5, 1951, to the late parents Pauline & Luis Rodriguez and sister, Rebecca Rodriguez.  Mary Lou was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt who touched the lives of many with her kindness, love, and generosity.

Mary Lou is survived by her loving spouse, Jose Jesus Hernandez Ramirez, and her cherished children: Jesse Martinez (wife, Herlinda Martinez), Becky Martinez (spouse Antonio Aguilar), Christina Lou Martinez (spouse, Jesse Camarillo), Pauline Martinez, Yolanda Lou Flores (spouse, Zeke Benites) and Angela Maria Martinez. She is also survived by her living siblings, their spouses and all her loving nieces and nephews: Diana & Frank Davila, Virginia & late husband Thomas Garcia, Peter & Alice Rodriguez, Robert & Pat Rodriguez, Joe & Lucy Rodriguez.

Mary Lou found joy in playing bingo and spending quality time with her family. Her warm smile and loving nature will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and unforgettable memories.

Mary Lou was blessed with a large family and leaves behind 23 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and happiness.

Funeral Services for Mary Lou will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024, at Castillo Funeral Home. Viewing at 3 PM – 8 PM, Rosary Service 6 PM.
