Mary Sanchez Martinez

Mary Sanchez Martinez passed away peacefully on April 16, 2025 at her home where she lived for over 70 years.  She was 96 years and 8 months old.  Mary was born on August 12, 1928 in Kerrville, Texas

She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who lived a life devoted to faith and family.

Mary was the proud mother of five children and her love and commitment to her family were central to everything she did.

On July 13, 1946, she married Arthur E, Martinez who preceded her in death in 2005.  They were married in Corpus Christi, Texas and lived in San Antonio, Texas where they build their life and raised their family.

Mary's legacy lives on through her children Patricia, Robert, Larry and his wife Linda, Rick and his wife Gina, Alfred and his spouse Daniel.   She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren Jason, Edward, Vincent, Justin and 4 Great-Grandchildren Andres, Luna, Nathaniel, and Valessa.

Mary will be laid to rest by the following pallbearers Jason, Edward, Vincent and Richard.

Mary will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
