Mauricio "Moe" Riojas gained his wings on March 24, 2023 at 4:12pm, at the young age of 73. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on
June 19, 1949.
Mauricio "Moe" married his his sweetheart on March 8, 1969. He obtained his GED and went to college for HVAC after an injury as a truck driver. He really was a jack of all trades, and had a
passion for teaching. He took his knowledge and blessed all who were willing to learn. He was a father figure to many. Moe had a heart of gold, and blessed everyone he came in contact with. He was loving, compassionate, and a jokester.
Moe is reunited in Heaven with his parents Matias "Blackie" and Adela Riojas; brothers Antonio Riojas, Matias Riojas, and Reynaldo Riojas and sister Feliz Moreno.
Moe is survived by his beautiful wife of 54 yrs, Aurora Riojas; his children Elizabeth Martinez and Mauricio "Moe" Riojas Jr. (Olivia); grandchildren Nicholas Martinez and Auriana Martinez; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
