Monica M. Garcia bloomed into a beautiful butterfly on September 12, 2026 at the age of 53 years old. She was surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Monica was born on November 6, 1972 in San Antonio, TX.

She is now joyfully reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Jose R. Garcia and beloved son Justin R. Garcia along with her mother Oralia F. Martinez, father Maximo Martinez, sister Maryann Martinez and nieces Heaven Angel Gonzalez and Daniella M. Torres.

She is survived by her loving partner Richard Martinez, sisters Yolanda Morales, Rosalinda Gonzalez and brother Maximo Martinez Jr.

Monica leaves behind a legacy of love through her daughters Kimberly Gutierrez and Kassy Garcia, her bonus kids Layla, Joshua and Richard Martinez Jr. She was a devoted grandmother to six grandkids Aliyah Garcia, Mia Hernandez, Ariel Garcia, Eli Hernandez, Jaziah Garcia and Armanii Gilbert.

She loved to cook, listen to music, play bingo and enjoyed doing arts and crafts butmost of all she loved and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Though we mourn her passing, we find comfort in knowing her soul is at peace with our Lord and that her love will continue to live in our hearts. Her faith, laughs and loving soul will forever be remembered by all who love her.
