Our little angel, Noel James "Luga" Salazar, born on March 12, 2022, was called home to be with our Lord on May 17, 2022.  He is reunited in the Heaven with his big brother, Joe Anthony Salazar III; grandfather, David Ramirez, Sr.; great-grandmother's Armandina Salazar and Anastacia Torres and Herlinda Pardo Torres.  Baby Noel, is loved and will be greatly missed by his parents, Emily Ann Noriega and Joe Anthony Salazar Jr; siblings, Emelina Salazar, JoEmi Salazar and Ezekiel Salazar; paternal aunts, Melissa Salazar, Ashley Ortega and Janice Donias; and Uncle Mark Sr; maternal grandmother's; Olivia Rosas, Herlinda Torres; paternal grandfathers,; Joe H Rosas as well as other loving relatives and friends
