Olivia G Garcia passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 3, 2021. She was 84 years old. She was born in San Antonio Texas on December 22, 1936.

Olivia was a lifetime resident of San Antonio Texas. She attended Little Flower School for 12 years. While in high school she met the first love of her life and later went on to become his bride.  In the summer of 1958, she became Mrs. Ariel J Garcia. After his sudden death, she continued to work raising the one daughter that they had, Blanca Estella. After several years, she was blessed to find true love again when she met Zaragoza C Benavides. Together they had three beautiful children Hector Guadalupe, Sophia Antonietta, and Sonia Angelica.

Olivia had a deep faith that she has passed on to her children. She has taught them all that God will always be there for them. She was a living example of how to never give up and never lose faith in the power of God's faithfulness.

Olivia lived her life to the fullest. She knew that every single day was a gift. She loved music, playing cards, playing bingo, but the most important thing to her was being around family. She loved her family time above all. She treasured the memories that she made with all of her kids, grandkids, cousins, and extended family and friends. She talked about the Fiestas, the parades, Christmas gatherings, and all the family gatherings.

Olivia is loved and will be missed by her daughter Blanca Fonseca (Joseph), son Hector Benavides (Patricia), daughters, Sophia Chavez (Armando) and Sonia Estrada (Ruben); 5 grandchildren, cousins, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
