A loving wife, mother, grandmother, Olivia Ortiz Luna passed away peacefully on April 30, 2024, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family. She was 90 years old, was born in San Antonio, Tx. on March 28, 1934. Olivia was strong, kind, loving, and helpful always there for her family and friends. She was the queen of the family. Well into her 80's she was still raising her grandchildren and still mowing her own yard and mowing the yard of her much younger neighbor. You could see her everyday outside sweeping her driveway and the street.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Leonel Luna; son Leo Luna, parents Antonio & Julia Ortiz; sisters Emma Vega, Estella Garza, Alicia Cortinas, Martha Borsvold; brothers Antonio Ortiz Jr., Pete Ortiz, Roger Ortiz.

Olivia is loved and will be missed by her daughters Elida Palacios(Luis+), Leonor Luna, Mary Trevino (Richard), Ruby Bauer (Larry), Karen Ortiz (Joe), Dora Esquivel (Rene), Elsa Luna, Annie Martinez (Jay), Diana (Gary); Sons Leonel Luna Jr., Robert Luna (Rita), Sammy Luna (Cindy), Eddie Luna (Gina) Leonel Luna III (Alice); Brothers Joe, Robert, Jesse Ortiz; Sisters Bertha Mireles, Yolanda Torres, Diane Cruz; 50 grandchildren, 122 great grandchildren, 25 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
