Olivia B. Tobias went to be with the Lord on January 24 ^th ,2023, one day after celebrating her 88 ^th birthday surrounded by family and friends. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on January 23 ^rd , 1935.

Olivia worked for Best Western/Howard Johnson for 27 years before retiring in 2009. She married her husband Antonio Tobias in 1958, who preceded her in death in 2015. She raised six children with husband, an Army veteran, as they lived in Germany, Kansas, and Texas. She was a fan of the San Antonio Spurs and San Francisco 49ers. She was a sister in Christ and attended ACTS retreats with Resurrection of the Lord Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed relaxing at Bingo. She also collected keychains throughout her travels. She will be greatly missed.

Olivia is preceded in death by husband Antonio, infant daughter Yolanda, her mother Carlota and her father Alberto. She is also preceded in death by her 2 brothers and 3 sisters: Antonio Valdez, Mary Valdez, Socorro Perez, Theresa Ortiz, and Carlos Morales.

Olivia is survived by her 2 daughters and 3 sons: Esther Rivera (Fred), Leticia Salcido (David), George Tobias (Myriam), Daniel Tobias (Esmeralda), and Michael Tobias, She is also survived by her only living sister Carrie Morales, her 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews as well as numerous work and church family. The family would like to thank Heart of Texas Hospice for the love and care they provided Olivia the past few months.
