Oralia (Sylvia) Ferro went to her eternal rest on January 28, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was 85 years old. Born in San Antonio, Texas on October 14, 1940.

Oralia was preceded in death by her parents, Elisandro and Maria Guerra, her husband Jesse Ferro and her partner, Ernie Sanchez.

She is survived by her son, Mark Anthony, her bonus daughter, Kathy Espinoza, sister Olivia Alfaro, brother Alex (Rosemary) Guerra,  brother Henry (Sylvia) Guerra, sister Mary (Roger) Rangel and sister Lucy Ximenez.  Beloved aunt to several nieces and nephews and nanny to Britta Machuca and Christian Salinas.

She was a Spurs fanatic, often yelling at the TV when they were not playing according to her standards and losing the game.

She loved her family deeply and would graciously help anyone who was in need.  Oralia filled our hearts with joy and laughter and she leaves a tremendous void in our family and in our hearts
