Oscar Rolando Pena, III went to eternal rest on May 8th, 2022 at the age of 37. He was born April 10, 1985 in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Adam E. Alaniz, Oscar Rolando Pena, Sr., Herminia D. Pena and his son John Gonzalez. He is survived by his parents Oscar Rolando Pena, Jr. and Josephine A. Pena; his sister Maryjane Pena Harris; his children Oscar & Ariel; his fiancée Tiffany Cardenas and numerous relatives.

Oscar was courageous, talented, passionate, humble and very curious. His curiosity was endless. As a child, he would take apart toys and appliances to see how it operated. He had a very kind soul and would go above and beyond to help anyone in need, especially those he loved and cared about. He enjoyed the outdoors very much. He liked camping, fishing, hunting, swimming, tubing and cookouts. He will be deeply remembered in the hearts of those he touched.

A visitation will be held on Thursday May 26th, 2022 at Castillo Funeral Home from 3:30pm-8:00pm with a rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Family and friends will depart the Funeral Chapel on Friday May 27th, 2022 at 9:00am for a 10:00am mass at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
