Obituary

Oscar Sandoval Rodriguez, a proud veteran of the US Navy Seabees, passed away July 6th,

2022 in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas.
After attending Lanier High School and playing football, Oscar enlisted in the Navy branch. He
then went on to work for the Southern Pacific Railroad. After retirement he enjoyed spending
time with loved ones, being a jokester, and always saying " I love you more cuz I'm bigger," and
" I love you Chingos n Chingos."
Predeceased by parents, Jesse and Frances Rodriguez, brother's Armando, Alex, and Jesse
Jr., as well as the lovely Yolanda Rodriguez. Survived by sibling Robert(Candy) and many
nieces and nephews.
Oscar is survived by his Daughter Elizabeth Rodriguez (Rick & Mayra, Jonathon, Josue,
Justin),son's Tony Rodriguez(Jesse, Isaiah) and Andre Rodriguez(Vanessa, Andrea, Andre,
Valentina). As well as great grandchildren. (Jacob, Dallas, Evelyn, Michael, Jamie). His loved
ones will remember his love for his family and his love for his hometown of San Antonio.
Arrangements are as follows: July 14th, 2022 Visitation from 4 pm to 8pm at Castillo Chapel
and Chapel services held at 6 pm.
