Con gran pesar anunciamos el fallecimiento de un muy querido esposo, padre y abuelo, Pablo Martinez. Se fue de este mundo el 6 de agosto de 2023, dejando atrás recuerdos preciados que por siempre se quedarán grabados en nuestros corazones. Nació en Santa Engracia, Tamaulipas, Mexico el 13 de abril de 1937. Sus difuntos padres fueron Gabriel Almazan Martinez y Juanita Garcia pero fue criado por sus queridos difuntos tíos, Juan Mujica Bosques y Felicitas Garcia. Fue precedido en muerte por sus hijos, Efren y Lourdes Martinez; hermanos, Gabriel y Elidio Martinez, Marcelina Manzano, Pedro, Ramon y Geronimo Mujica, Enriqueta De La O y Manuela Escobedo. Lo sobreviven su esposa, Melivia Gaytán; hijos, Juanita Martinez, Pablo Martinez Jr., Maria Mujica y Edgar Martinez; doce nietos y una bisnieta; hermanos, Jesus, Maria Elena, Heriberto, Felix, Dolores, Elida, Manuel, Berta Elisa, Guadalupe, Nelda, Margarito, Mirtala, Griselda, Rosa Linda, Sergio, Luiz Roberto, Herlinda and Jesus. Un pilar de fuerza y apoyo inquebrantable, Pablo no era solo un esposo, padre, y abuelo, sino una guía de luz, una fuente de sabiduría y una fuente de amor sin límites. Su amabilidad, compasión y paciencia tocaron la vida de todos los que tuvieron la suerte de conocerlo.
Ya fuera su sonrisa contagiosa, sus palabras de aliento o la forma en que desinteresadamente puso las necesidades de los demás antes que las suyas, Pablo dejó una marca indeleble en todos los que lo rodearon. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father and grandfather, Pablo Martinez. He departed this world on August 6, 2023, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever remain etched in our hearts. He was born in Santa Engracia, Tamaulipas, Mexico on April 13, 1937 to his deceased parents, Gabriel Martinez Almazan and Juanita Garcia, but was raised by his beloved deceased uncle and aunt, Juan Mujica Bosques and Felicitas Garcia. He is preceded in death by his children, Efren and Lourdes Martinez; siblings, Gabriel and Elidio Martinez, Marcelina Manzano, Pedro, Ramon and Geronimo Mujica, Enriqueta De La O and Manuela Escobedo. He is survived by his wife, Melivia Gaytán; children, Juanita Martinez, Pablo Martinez Jr., Maria Mujica and Edgar Martinez; twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Jesus, Maria Elena, Heriberto, Felix, Dolores, Elida, Manuel, Berta Elisa, Guadalupe, Nelda, Margarito, Mirtala, Griselda, Rosa Linda, Sergio, Luiz Roberto, Herlinda and Jesus.
A pillar of strength and unwavering support, Pablo was not just a husband, parent and grandfather, but a guiding light, a source of wisdom, and a source of boundless love. His kindness, compassion, and patience touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Whether it was his infectious smile, his words of encouragement, or the way he selflessly put the needs of others before his own, Pablo left an indelible mark on everyone around him.
