Patricia Ann Perez, 55, born on July 14, 1965, and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Eternally resting on April 27, 2021. Patricia (Patsy) Ann Perez is survived by her husband, Oscar Perez Jr., of almost 40 years. Her children, Oscar Perez III (Wero) and Patricia Ann Perez (Trish); grandchildren, Lia, LJay and Hailey; sons-in-law, Felix Mendoza and TJay Almendarez; sisters, Estella Saenz and Tina Espinosa; cousins, Anthony B & Adela Galan and Rose Marie Andrade; nieces and nephews, Stella, Pearl, Ernest, Marty, John and Felicia; and her best friend, Becky Sanchez. Patsy enters Heaven's Gates into the arms of her parents, Juan and Teresa Moncibaiz; stepfather, Fernando H Torres; brother, Juan Moncibaiz; aunt, Rosemarie Galan and grandchild, Baby Almendarez. Her love and devotion for her family was not only felt at home, but also felt by her friends and students throughout her SAISD career of 19 years. She was feisty, full of love and laughter, and filled with a bit of class and sass! Her impact on those she touched will forever remind us that she is always near.
