Born on May 15, 1962, to his beloved parents, Jesusa “Susie” Muñoz and Paul “Pablo” Muñoz, Sr., Paul passed away peacefully on August 28, 2026, leaving behind a rich legacy of strength, kindness, and steadfast devotion. He was the epitome of reliability—the kind of man who always showed up for those he cared about with a steady hand, a warm heart, and absolute loyalty.

Whether working tirelessly to provide for his family or enjoying the quiet beauty of nature, Paul brought integrity and passion to everything he did. He was happiest surrounded by the simple joys of life—spending peaceful mornings and evenings on the water waiting for a bite, tracking through the woods on a hunting trip, or getting out on the field to play softball alongside his family and closest friends.

Above all else, Paul’s heart belonged to his family. He was a deeply devoted husband to his loving wife, Bertha A. Muñoz, with whom he shared a life filled with commitment, love, and cherished memories.

He was a proud and loving father whose joy lived on through his children/grandchildren: Paul Muñoz III, Paul Joaquin Muñoz IV, Yancy Morales Muñoz, Roman Elijah Muñoz, Peggy Marie Muñoz (David Joseph Perales), Derek Christopher Perales, Araylia M. Muñoz (Sarah E. Hundley), and Michael V. Rodriguez.

Paul was also a cherished brother to Margaret C. Leal (Richard Leal, Sr.), Rose Mary Muñoz Ramirez (Isidro P. Ramirez, Sr.), Caroline Muñoz Rodriguez (Greg Rodriguez), Guadalupe “Lupe” Muñoz, Rachel C. Muñoz, Peggy Muñoz Rios (Anthony Rios), and Jessica Muñoz Juarez (Jose Juarez, Sr.).

To his entire family and countless friends, Paul was an exceptionally dependable anchor whose presence brought comfort, security, and warmth to every gathering. His memory lives on through the endless love he gave, the values he taught, and the moments held close by those who knew him best.
