Pedro Romo Alejandro

Pedro Romo Alejandro, age 76, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025. Born on June 13, 1949, in Sabinal, Texas, Pedro lived a life marked by quiet strength, devotion to family, and a deep love of learning.

A proud veteran, Pedro was a honorable member of the United States Marine Corps. After the military, he dedicated his working life to the craft of painting, bringing color and care to every job he touched. Beyond his trade, Pedro was an avid reader and a lifelong learner—always seeking to grow, understand, and reflect.

Pedro was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Geneva Guzman Alejandro. Together, they built a loving home and raised four children: son Alexander Jay Alejandro and wife Sue Alejandro, daughter Adela Jean Morado and husband Adam Morado, daughter Alisa Elida Mayfield and husband Thomas Mayfield, and daughter Angela Nicole Alejandro.

Pedro was a cherished grandfather and great-grandfather to many, and his legacy of warmth, wisdom, and humor will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A celebration of life and visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Castillo Funeral Home, 520 N. General McMullin, San Antonio, Texas. A eulogy will be shared at 6:00 p.m.

Pedro's memory will forever be a blessing to those who loved him. Semper Fi.
