Pedro Hernandez Jr. passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 53.

Pedro is preceded in death by his daughter, Denise Hernandez Rangel and his stepfather, Domingo Rodriguez.

Pedro is survived by his children, Sarah Roque, Erica Estrada, Kimberly Hernandez, and Pedro Hernandez Jr., his thirteen grandchildren, his siblings, Hector Gonzalez, Rosalinda Morales, Martin Gonzalez, and Olga Contreras.

Pedro was born on February 19, 1967, in San Antonio, Texas. He accomplished so many incredible things in life. He worked as a licensed plumber, a journeyman plumber. He had a huge passion for motorcycles especially Harleys. Pedro was a San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed watching the games. His capacity for generosity knew no bounds as he was someone who would help anyone in need. He inspired those around him to be a better person. He loved his family and especially loved the memories made together with them. Pedro brought immense joy to those around him. We loved his caring ways, and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Words cannot express the feeling in our hearts.

A visitation will be held at Castillo Funeral Home on Friday, February 4, 2022, from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6 pm. All services will conclude following Friday's visitation.
