On July 7th, 2021, Rachel G. Cisneros was peacefully welcomed to be with the Lord, surrounded by her loved ones in her home at the age of 61. Rachel was born on October 17, 1959 in San Antonio, Texas to Richard B. Cisneros and Rosa G. Castillo.

For over 30 years, she shared her life with her loving partner Roland Villarreal. Rachel was a dedicated partner, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to her loved ones. Family was a priority to Rachel and there was nothing she would not do for her family and friends. Rachel was such a strong, beautiful, loving woman, who lived her life to the fullest. She brought so much joy people's lives, lighting up the room as she entered, and always leaving you with a smile as she left. The hole that is left in our hearts by her absence is impossible to fill. She will be greatly remembered and tremendously missed but she left us with many beautiful memories that will last a lifetime for years to come.

Rachel is proceeded in death by her parents, Richard B. Cisneros and Rosa G. Castillo; brothers Gilberto "Beto" Garza; Daniel Cisneros; sisters Maria "Mary" Louisa Parker; and Margarita Garza. She is survived by her partner of over 30 years Roland Villarreal; daughter Rosalinda Sanchez and son-in-law Daniel Sanchez; daughter Christina Cisneros; son Juan Raul Cisneros; daughter Star Marie Quintero; daughter Roxanne Hernandez; son Rudy Gabriel Villarreal and daughter-in-law Michelle Aviles; 25 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister Rebecca Perez, brother Richard "Riche" Cisneros; and sister Rosita "Rosie" Mata.

Visitation will take place on July 17, 2021 at Castillo Mission Funeral Home from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm. Memorial Service will begin at 2:30 pm, followed by a prayers service at 3:00pm.
