It is with heavy hearts that we release one of our angels to return to heaven. Rafael (Ralph) Castillo III was an amazing son, a caring brother and most importantly, an amazing father.

Ralph was born to Prudencia Solis-Castillo and Rafael Castillo Jr. He leaves behind his children, Rafael Castillo IV, Destina Lisa Castillo, Jasmine Castillo, and Aaron Lionel Castillo. Ralph's siblings included Maria Servin, Arturo Flores, Monserrat Perez (Moy), Norma Ezparza, David Castillo, Tomasa Ruiz (Tammy), and Josefina Castillo (Josie). Grandparents included Rafael Castillo, Tomasa Castillo, Jose Solis, and Monserrat Rincon.

Ralph lived a rich life filled with love and happiness. He was best known as a man that regardless of the hour or the need, was always there at any moments notice. Ralph was a superhero in many eyes who was always willing to take off his cape and wrap it around you for warmth.  The shirt off his back, the last cent in his pocket or the time from his day was never to much to ask for. He was the spark that lit any room he walked into; with his infectious smile, heartwarming laugh, and his attention grabbing voice. Ralph was a child at heart and would go to any length to make a loved one smile.

Rafael Castillo, today you trade your worn cape for a pair of wings. Today, we lose a great friend, father, and overall man; but heaven gains an amazing angel. There is no doubt that you will continue to watch over and protect your many friends, family, and children as you have always done. You are greatly loved and dearly missed but will never be forgotten.
