Raymond (Ray) Fraga Jr., age 53, went home to be with our Lord on June 14, 2024. He was born on January 22, 1971, in San Antonio, Texas.

Ray was a kind and caring gentleman's gentleman who never met a stranger. He had an unwavering love for life and for all of God's creatures, big and small. His infectious smile and twinkling eyes reflected the kindness within. Ray attended St. Paul's Catholic School, Central Catholic High School, and St. Mary's University. He had an outstanding career with the city of San Antonio of which he was very proud. During his time there he held multiple roles spanning from IT Manager over the city Library System to Special Projects Manager leading large city efforts.

Ray is survived by his mother, Emma Fraga; father, Raymond Fraga Sr.; sister, Donna Molinar (Joe); niece, Selina Lara Ortega (Ramiro); nephew, Christian Molinar; great-niece, Ophelia Ortega; and numerous aunts and cousins. Ray was preceded in death by his grandparents Francisca Ramírez, José Ramírez, Irene Bitoni, Joe Bitoni, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Ray will be remembered for his kind and welcoming nature, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.
