Linda and Raymond were married on November 28th, 1964, and shared 59 wonderful years together.

They were blessed with two children: Raymond III and Robert. Raymond was endlessly devoted to his family and cherished every moment spent with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He would travel thousands of miles to spend time with each of them. He always put his family first, and was selfless and generous beyond measure. He loved to tell others about their accomplishments and was so proud of everything that they each achieved. For over 50 years, Raymond worked in sales, management and other capacities at Acme Lumber, Klinger & Associates and Fisher Brothers Lumber Company. He was a colleague that everyone could always count on, and his work ethic was unmatched. Being the jack-of-all-trades, his commitment to work and his community allowed him to help other family members, neighbors and friends with any project, large or small.

His love for building and fixing things left a lasting impact at home and work. He was known for his kindness, patience, and unwavering commitment to help anyone in need without hesitation.  In his free time, Raymond enjoyed camping, fishing, and traveling, especially to Las Vegas, where he would try his luck at Keno and the slot machines. He was an avid sports fan and loved relaxing at home while watching boxing matches along with his San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys. He had a mean sweet tooth and loved pan dulce, ice cream, sweet tea and any other treats within reach. Raymond took great pride in his home, making countless improvements over the years and keeping the yard in immaculate condition.
