Obituary

Remedios "Remy" N. Rincon, born on November 6, 1951, was called home to be with our Lord on June 10, 2026. Remy was devoted to St Jude Catholic Church. She loved to cook and enjoyed playing Bingo. Remy honored her country by serving in Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Freedom.She will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved her. She is reunited in heaven with her parents, Maximino Acosta and Florentina Navarro Acosta. Mrs. Rincon is loved and will be greatly missed by her husband of over 40 years, Crescencion Rincon as well as her children Jason and Michael Rincon, Jun A. Nuqui (Annabel B. Nuqui), Jorge A. Nuqui (Myra Miguel), sister Ignacia Grospe, grandchildren Jasmine Rincon, Brigette Jhones Nuqui, Avryll Jhones Nuqui, Jun Carlo Nuqui, Alexis Yuri Cabanlig, Georgette Nuqui, John Michael Nuqui, Jorge Nuqui Jr., and Janine Nuqui and other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Castillo Funeral Home on Monday, June 22, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6 p.m. On Tuesday, June 23, 2026 the family will meet friends at St Jude Catholic Church for a 11:45 a.m. Funeral Mass with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:45p.m at Shelter #5.
