Ricardo
Guerrero
November 3, 1962 – August 3, 2024
Richard Guerrero affectionately known by his family as Ricky, passed peacefully on August 3, 2024 surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was born November 3, 1962, in Fort. Wayne, Indiana and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Ricky bought pleasurable joy and light into everyone's life with his kind heart and caring personality.
He was a loving brother, dad, friend, uncle, brother-in-law, and hard worker. He was very caring, kind, gentle and he could make us laugh with his funny sense of humor. He worked several jobs before ending at Charter Communications where he was for 2yrs. We have heard nothing but kind words and memories from his boss, friends, and fellow co workers. We know just how much he was appreciated and loved there. (Thank you to his boss and all co-workers who worked with our brother for your kind words.) Ricky had a lot of love for his little nephews and nieces and enjoyed his time with them and enjoyed being around family. He loved the SPURS and COWBOYS. He loved oldies and loved the memories created with his family. Ricky left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to have crossed his path if even for a brief period of time.
Richard is preceded in death by his father Simon Guerrero, his mother Bernarda Guerrero, siblings Rodolfo Guerrero and Simon Guerrero Jr.
He is survived by his daughter Angela Guerrero (Jonathan), son Ricardo Guerrero Jr. (Veronica), daughter Amanda Guerrero (Eric), and (Wife)Christina Guerrero (mother of his children) and 8 grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Juan Manuel Guerrero (Lucia), Daniel Guerrero (Michelle), Emma Guerrero, Mary Alice Rodriguez, Virginia Gonzales (Gilbert), Ofelia Valdez (Jesse), Estella Guerrero (Fred), Oralia Aguirre (George), Linda Delgado (Julio), Virginia Guerrero and numerous nephews, nieces,
As we honor the memory of our beloved brother Ricky, we reflect on a journey well-traveled, a life well lived and a legacy of respect and love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those he touched. May he be at peace and may his spirit continue to guide us in moments of quite reflection.
He will forever be in our hearts.
