Passed peacefully surrounded by his loved ones Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the ag of 60. He was preceded in death by his mother Irene M. Herrera, father Ricardo Q. Guzman, son Richard Guzman (junior). Mr. Guzman is survived by his loving wife Tricia, five children: Irma G. Villarreal, Mark A. Guzman, Carmen I. Falcon, Michael A. Guzman, Monica L. Guzman. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren: Billy R. Villarreal, Elijah Constante, Lexi Guzman, Isabella Guzman, Mark Guzman Jr., Abel Otero, Naomi Falcon, Christian Castillo. He will be missed dearly by his five siblings: Juan Guzman (Roland), Irma G. Rodriguez, Robert Guzman (Bobby), Mary C. Guzman (Connie), Mary T. Hernandez (Terri) and many nephews, nieces and loved ones. We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from our father Rick Guzman during his precious time here on earth, among them; always pray and leave it to God, never give up, stick together, be kind and love one another. He was a man of giving through love, consideration, and selflessness. Let all that you do be done in LOVE 1 Corinthians 16:14

Services for Rick Guzman are scheduled for Monday July 27, 2020 at Castillo Funeral home from 1-4 p.m. Prayer service at 3 p.m. Burial will be Tuesday July 28, 2020 in San Antonio's Fort Sam Cemetery where he will be buried with military honors.
