Ricardo Segura passed away on November 2025. He was 56 years old. He was born in Laredo, Texas on May 18, 1969.

Rick work for the Texas Highway for most of his life unitil he had to retire early due to his health conditions.

Rick was preceded in death by his father, Ramiro Segura Sr, his mother Cruz Segura and brother Hector Segura.

Rick is loved and will be missed by his brother Mario Segura (Margie), Ramiro Segura Jr (Hilda), Oscar Segura ( Aurora), Albert Segura (Letica), Ernesto Segura (Maria), and Marcos Segura; numerous neices and nephrews, extended family and friends.
