Richard Moreno was called home on Wednesday, January 6,2021. He was 67 years old. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, on April 23, 1953. He has been reunited with his father, Ruben, his sister, Esther and granddaughter, Amber. He retired from VIA after 33 years.

Richard is survived by his mother, Guadalupe; wife, Gloria; siblings, Alicia Martinez, Roy Moreno, Carlos & Janie Moreno, Ruben Moreno and Robert Moreno; children, Vivian & Kenneth Martinez Sr., Richard & Maria Moreno Jr., Monica Alva, Rafael & Tammy Alva Jr., David & Katherin Alva and Angel & Liliana Alva, Christina Bosquez and Mike Ramirez; grandchildren, Janice & Christopher Castillo, Jr., Rafael Alva III, Monica M. Alva, Dzyre Alva, Kairi Alva, Devin Delgado, Kenneth W. Martinez II, Jackson W. Martinez, Felicity Moreno and Julian Moreno; great-grandchildren, Christopher Castillo Jr., Micalencia Castillo, Vincent I. Cortez Jr., Zaiahlyn Cortez, Arturo Cortez, Jedidiah Cortez and Alisaiah Cortez. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Richard will be missed greatly by everyone that loved and knew him.
