Richard Cedillo Ramos entered eternal rest on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the blessed age of 90. He was born February 15, 1933, in San Antonio, TX to Jose and Gabriela Ramos. H e is reunited in heaven with his parents. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his wife Maria Cuello Ramos; children Richard Ramos, Joyce, Joe Ramos, Matthew Ramos, Jason Ramos, Rose Leal, Rita Ramos Zuniga, Gabriela Dominguez; as well as extended family members and friends. Heaven has gai ned a treasured soul. He will live forever in our hearts.
