Robert Angulo Casas passed away on August 31, 2023. He was surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. Robert was 48 years old. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, on March 8, 1975.

Robert graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1997, with a degree in psychology. In the spring of 1997, he met his college sweetheart, Margaret Rodriguez-Casas, who he later married on December 1, 2001. Robert was a teacher for most of his life. He enjoyed working with children and tried to make a difference in their lives.

On November 17, 2006, Robert and his wife, Margaret, welcomed their only child, Emma Katherine Casas. Emma was Robert's pride and joy. Robert always treasured the beautiful memories he created with his family. Robert was a big fan of soccer, especially teams like Chelsea, Manchester United, and Barcelona. Robert will be missed tremendously.

Robert is preceded in death by his father, Robert De La Garza Casas, and sister, Melissa Casas. Robert is loved and will be missed by his wife, Margaret Rodriguez Casas; daughter, Emma Katherine Casas; mother, Sylvia Tovar; sister, Erica Casas; brother, Gregory Tovar; in-laws, Joe Rodriguez and Ramona Rodriguez; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
