Roberto Herrejon passed away peacefully on May 11, 2022, at the age of 87. He was surrounded by the warmth love of his family. He was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and was preceded in death by his parents Pedro and Dolores, his brother Guillermo and Javier and his sister Margarita.

He is survived by his daughters Mary Zori, Mariam, Sally, and his son Bobby Jr., brothers Pedro and Rafael and his compadre Ali Zori. Roberto served in the U. S. Army from 1956-1958, then attended A&M University System, San Antonio Training Division and studied to be an electrical technician.

He worked for Westinghouse as an electrical technician for more than 30 years before retiring. He enjoyed gardening and fishing and being outdoors. His passion was hunting in the hills of Leakey, Texas, where he made many wonderful memories with family and friends.

He was also a big San Antonio Spurs fan. Roberto was kind, passionate and very funny. He was loved dearly, and his family will treasure the memories they have of him. He will be missed tremendously.

I am sure he had many conversations with God in the hills around Leakey, TX.
