Robert R. Torres was called to Heaven on Friday, June 21, 2024, at the age of 52. Robert was born on September 2, 1971, in San Antonio, Texas, to Guadalupe and Connie Torres. Robert loved to shoot his guns and go fishing whenever he could find the time. He was a loving husband and father and always put his family first. He also loved his red nose pitbull, Big Red. Robert is reunited in Heaven with his parents Guadalupe and Connie; brother Paul Torres; and granddaughter Avianna Rose Torres. After suffering a debilitating stroke in 2015, Robert's devoted wife took on the task of caring for him full time for the last 9 years, until he took his last breath. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years Michelle A. Torres; his daughters Jennifer Cruz(David), Abigail Torres, Connie Torres, and Breana Torres; 3 beautiful grandchildren; brother Joe Torres; sister Claudina Estrada; brother John Torres (Oralia); In-laws Maria and David Torres; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Visitation to take place at Castillo Funeral Home on Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 3:00 p.m. Services to conclude Saturday evening.
