Robert G. Villa entered into heaven, peacefully on May 6, 2020, by his side his wife and partner of 38 years Mrs. Yolanda Villa. He was 72 years old. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 17, 1947.
Robert served in the United States Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He is proud graduate of Lanier High School Class of 1967. He was a family man and enjoyed his all his children, grandchildren and especially, his great-granddaughter. Robert loved his SPURS and enjoyed hunting, fishing and cold one every now and then. He had an infectious laugh and was always a joy to have around. He will be missed tremendously.
He is preceded in death by his mother Angelina G. Villa, his father Edward R. Villa. He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Villa, his children, Maricella D. Villa, Robert Gabriel Villa, Jr., Sandra E. Garza, Geneva A. Balch, and Paul S. Chavez. Robert had 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, his siblings include, Edward Villa, Jr., Elena Valero and Alice Dehoyos, along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2020 from 2pm until 7pm, with a private rosary to be recited at 530pm. Robert's family will celebrate his life at St. Dominic Catholic Church on Friday, May 15, 2020 with burial to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
The Funeral Home does adhere to social distancing practices. Twenty-five (25) people will be allowed in the Chapel at any given time and everyone visiting must wear a face mask. Families are respectfully asked to adhere to this policy.
