Robert and Zulema were born and raised in San Antonio Texas and married in February of 1972. For more than five decades Robert and Zulema shared a life and a love so strong that not even death could separate them. Zulema went to be with the Lord on August 16th 2021 and Robert followed three days later.

They are survived by their son Robert Cerda Jr and daughter-in-law Sandra Lopez Cerda, three grandchildren Kathie Renae (Spouse Ernesto) Frankie Celeste and Christean Aron (Spouse Sarah) as well as two great grandchildren, Erin Michelle and Luca Jace.

They are processed in death by their parents, Valentine Cerda Sr. And Soccoro Cerda, Herbert Martinez and Ramona G Luna and step father Jesse Luna. As well as Robert's brother Valentine Jr. and Zulema's siblings, Herbie, Ronald, Mike, Roy, Leroy, Ruben, Gracie, Rebecca and Ramona. Nieces and Nephews, Tammy, Troy, Lisa and Andrew. As well as three great grandchildren.

Robert and Zulema loved their family and were deeply loved in return. The family finds peace knowing Robert and Zulema will never have to know what it's like to live without each other. Their family knows Heaven is the perfect place to continue their Love.
