It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Roberto V. De Los Santos, who left us peacefully on October 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Born June 19, 1944 to Frank and Janie De Los Santos. Roberto was devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. Roberto's life was marked by his unwavering love for his family and his commitment to hard work. His warm smile and gentle spirit will deeply be missed by all while knew him. He was passionate about his life a long career as a mechanic, fishing and spending time with his family. Even after retiring from SAWS as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, he continued to work on cars and was a Master in the skill of automotive repair. If he wasn't working on cars you would indeed find him fishing at one of his favorite spots in Corpus or spending time with his family. He enjoyed good barbecue, a medium rare steak, seafood, but above all nothing compared to the love for his wife's cooking. He had a way of making everyone feel loved and special. Roberto leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends who will carry his memory in their heart.

A celebration of his life will be held on October 13 from 4PM to 8 PM at Castillo Funeral Home. Prayer service @ 6 PM. October 14 viewing will begin at 8 AM with a departure time of11:15 am to San Jose Burial Park. Graveside Service at 12PM.
