Rogelio H. Gallegos Sr. a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather, passed away on June 7th, 2024, after a courageous battle of Liver Cancer. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Former high school football star at Fox Tech High School, married to his beloved wife Amelia for 55 years, brother to Luciano Gallegos (Soccorro), Lorenzo Gallegos, Ramiro Gallegos, Connie Fabian, Susie Espinosa (Leo), Lupe (Simon), and Olivia Villareal (Alex). He leaves behind a legacy, father to Roger Gallego JR (Monica), Patricia Gallegos (Stephen), Jennifer Gallegos and John Micheal Diaz, Grandfather to Alexis Gallegos (Eddie), Roger P. Gallegos (Marissa), Celeste Gallegos (Frankie), Myla Gutierrez, Aliah Gutierrez, Devon Amerson, Dominic Trevino, Heaven...., Seth Trevino, Araceli Diaz and Catalina Diaz. Great Grandfather to Alayna, Lilly, Amaris, Jeremiah Roger IV, Izayah Julissa and Summer with many nieces and nephews. He was a hard worker of over 30 years at Ft Sam Houston, he was always willing to help. Always the life of the party and a great friend to many. He is preceded in death by his Father Adeliado S. Gallegos, Mother Emilia H. Gallegos and Sister Maria Olveda.... Services have been made at Castillo Funeral Home for Wednesday June 19th, 2024. Viewing from 4-8 pm. Prayer Service from 6-7 pm.
