It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Rogelio Diaz Martinez on Saturday February 13, 2021 at the age of 53. Rogelio was born on November 06, 1967 in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico and lived in San Antonio Texas. Rogelio lived a beautiful and peaceful life with his wife Christina R. Martinez of 37 years of marriage, his children, and grandchildren. Rogelio always had a smile on his face. He enjoyed life and especially spending time with his family and friends.
Rogelio had a passion for barbequing, listening to music, watch the soccer games and especially watching the grandchildren play when they were visiting. Rogelio was a person that you could count on for anything and at any time, without ever judging or asking questions.
Rogelio was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. Rogelio was a provider, protector, and a very humble loving person. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
Rogelio will be lovingly remembered and missed by his wife Christina Rodriguez Martinez, children; Rogelio Macario Jr (Annette), Jonathan Anthony Martinez (Denisse), Rose Irene Martinez (Antonio), Sandra Alexandrea Martinez Davis (Ted) and Fourteen grandchildren; Joseph, Autum, Christian, Faith, Rogelio III, Ted III, Citlali, Ariana, Audrina, Antonio, Natalie, Sophia, Aleaha, and Lynette, his Parents Jose C Martinez & Modesta Diaz Martinez, his brothers; Jose Carlos Martinez and Julio Ceaser Martinez, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-law's and extended family in San Antonio and Monterrey NL, Mexico.
Rogelio is reunited with his loved ones that have passed onto eternal rest, his brother Julio Efrain Martinez, P-grandparents Macario & Irene Martinez, M-grandparents Rogelio & Rosa Diaz, aunts; Maria Luisa Martinez and Ana Maria Martinez, father in law Macario J Rodriguez and mother in law Maria M Rodriguez.
