Roger Valencia was born May 15, 1971, in San Antonio, Texas. Roger departed this life October 8, 2021 at the age of 50 and is reunited in Heaven with his beloved mother, Rosenda Valencia.

He leaves to cherish his memories:  His father, Joel R. Valencia, Grandmother, Aurora Valencia; His spouse, Noela Trejo, In-laws, Noe, and Andrea Trejo; His children, Roger Valencia (Stephanie), Brittany Valencia (Jaime), Maricela Valencia, Daniel R. Huerta (Teresa); With Grandchildren, David, Mykaela, Aria and Zoey, his other hearts; Destiny Ramos, Adriana Ramos, Emily Villanueva; His Brothers, Jason Valencia (Valerie), Joel Valencia (Jennifer), James Valencia (Jenny), Hector Flores (Hortencia) his sister-in-law Irma Trejo (Juan). Roger attended South San ISD and while in high school, Roger matured and participated in Baseball. He graduated from West Campus in 1989. After high school, Roger received a certificate in Welding which he used at Hill Country Steel and joining the family business, JRV Fabrications.

Roger had a big, loving, caring heart…. He loved spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, in-laws, his best friend, and brother.  His family will miss him barbequing for the holidays and making his mom's stuffing for Thanksgiving.  He enjoyed Natty's, 70's music and Roger's favorite past time was watching football, from the Texas Longhorns to the Dallas Cowboys. BUT he enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren most of all.

Roger was full of love and cherished his time with his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. The love Roger gave was unconditional. He loved…. he fought… and loved playing around!! We will truly cherish every moment we had with him, and we will miss him every day.

NOTE:  We are Celebrating Roger's life who was a BIG Longhorn fan. In honor of him, we are encouraging, but not requiring, everyone to wear Longhorn gear. Masks are required . Plant(s) can be sent to funeral home.
