Rosa Lopez passed away on January 10, 2026, at the age of 69. She was born on September 29, 1956.

Rosa loved going to church and spending time with her family, and she cherished the friendships she built throughout her life. She had a deep love for animals and enjoyed playing lotería, which often brought laughter to those around her. Rosa was a hardworking and strong woman who faced life with resilience, grace, and determination. Her kindness, strength, and caring nature left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. Rosa was raised in a large family, she had two sisters and four brothers. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marina Menchaca Rivera; her father, Jose Cornelio Lozoya; and her beloved husband, Santiago Navarro Moreno.

She is survived by her three children: Rosa Lydia Sandoval, Santiago Navarro Jr., and Marina Fraga.

Rosa leaves behind seven cherished grandchildren: Isela Guadalupe Ramos, Samantha Fraga, Stephanie Lynn Fraga, Arturo "Tuty" Arevalo, Daniela Garcia, Santiago Leo Navarro III, and Diego Joaquin Navarro. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren: Josefina Estrella Garcia, Mateo Ruben Ramos, and Noah Gabriel.

Rosa will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
