Rosa C. Jimenez passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the age of 78. Rosa was born on January 16, 1945 in Laredo, Texas. Rosa was a kind hearted soul who's passions in life were gardening, singing and cooking, but her greatest love was her family. She will be greatly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her. Rosa is reunited in heaven with her angels, her loving parents, Ernest and Clara Casso. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by her devoted husband, of 52 years, Margarito Jimenez; sons Robert and John Michael Jimenez; daughter Claudia Flores; grandchildren Lita, Bryanna, Adrianna, Noah and Lily; great grandchildren Nicolas and Adelita Garcia plus numerous extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 3:30pm to 8pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6pm.
