Rosa Maria Martinez, age 73, of San Antonio died peacefully, September 13, 2023. She was born, February 4,1950, in San Antonio, Texas to Eustolio and Guadalupe (Cavazos) Martinez. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother. Rosa is survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Rosa was a lifelong resident of San Antonio, proudly graduating from Sidney Lanier High School in 67. She studied and received a BA degree in Education from Our Lady of the Lake University. She taught in the Eastside and then went on to finish up at Graebner Elementary School with the San Antonio School District.
