Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Rosalie "Mootsie" Ayala. She passed away on July 16, 2023, she was 57 years old. She was born on February 8, 1966 in Galveston Texas. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Mary Rose and Richard Ayala.
She, alongside her mother, helped care for and raise numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins over the years. She enjoyed shopping, yard sales, bingo, going to the movie theater, going out to eat, bowling, puzzles, card games, and board games. Most importantly, she loved to laugh, joke, and spend time with family.
She is survived by her brothers Richard Ayala, Robert (Yolanda) Ayala, Roger (Jenny) Ayala, Raymond (Evonne) Ayala; nieces/nephews Ricardo, Tla, Aurelio, Caesar, Raven, Phoebe, Roger, Jacob, Albert, Michael, Rebecca, Syraus, Violet, Kalina, Alex, Raymond, Jaimee, Andrew; and many cousins/family that were near and dear to her.
A very big thanks to all of the family that gave her an adventurous and memorable past few months. Mootsie was the most kindhearted and caring daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend that one could have asked for, and she will be dearly missed by us all.
