Rosalinda M
Gomez
January 22, 1954 – March 9, 2026
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beautiful and beloved mother, Rosalinda M. Gomez. Rosalinda was a nurturer, a woman of boundless energy and intelligence. A courageous, resilient God-loving woman who stood strong in her beliefs and who consistently and fervently sacrificed for the best interests of her family. Rosalinda was born on January 22, 1954. Our mother peacefully departed this world on March 9, 2026, in her home of 52 years, as per her final wish. Rosalinda was married to her late husband, David A. Gomez, for fifty-two and a half years. Through her journey of 72 years, she touched many lives with her wisdom, kindness, compassion, and an unwavering spirit of perseverance.
Driven by fortitude to protect and provide for her seven children, Rosalinda was constantly on the go throughout her life. She was very much known to drive and chauffeur around her children to and from jobs/school throughout their formative years. She did this task without fail in order to instill in us the need for higher learning and to help create the best work ethic to build a better life for ourselves. Rosalinda had a passion for inspiring and instilling good values and morals to everyone she met along the way. The wisdom and knowledge our mom carried and projected was invaluable and is what made many people around her love her and hold her in their highest regard and respect.
Among the many milestones of her life her biggest accomplishment was raising and protecting her seven children. Rosalinda, our mom, would often extend her love and support to countless family members, friends of her children, and even beyond as she always offered a helping hand to those in need that extended outside her circle. Essentially, what our mom had was a special gift, and she rose to the highest level of achievement by being our constant reminder that we could do whatever we put our mind to. Our mother had a multitude of attributes that made her unique, and her presence will be dearly missed. Throughout her life, challenges often arose, but she wasn't easily dissuaded as she faced any and all challenges with fortitude and determination to conquer all.
Our mother, Rosalinda, created a legacy using her sharp critical thinking skills, along with her deep-rooted faith to envelop a foundation built on compassion and strong principles to live by. Her remarkable life was constantly filled with joy and pride due to her accomplishments and achievements for family unity. She will forever be an inspiration, a testament to the power of an indomitable spirit enthused with curiosity and resilience. She will be undeniably missed and forever remembered for decades and decades.
