Rosemary
Gamboa
March 21, 1967 – September 23, 2022
Rosemary Gamboa took the Lord's hand and entered eternal rest on Friday, September 23, 2022, at the age of 55.
Rosemary was born on March 21, 1967, in San Antonio, Texas to the late Jesusita Rodriguez and Domingo Martinez. She shared a special bond with her three sisters and brother that only strengthened throughout her lifetime. Rosemary and her husband Rojelio Gamboa shared a special love for each other with a beautiful twenty-four-year marriage residing in Hillsboro, Texas.
When a young lady, Rosemary ran both competitively and leisurely. Rosemary had many interests including the fine arts where she appreciated the stories of the books she read; listening to different genres of music and seeing the movies released throughout the decades of her lifetime. She was extremely creative and loved to express that through crafting. Rosemary took pride in always looking and presenting her best self to others. Her capacity for generosity knew no bounds because she was always willing to share her huge heart and love for life with those around her even if she hardly knew you. She leaves a trail of wonderful memories from San Antonio to Hillsboro that will be cherished and remembered forever.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Jesusita Ramirez Rodriguez; father, Domingo Martinez; and nieces Michele Cruz and Jessica Cruz.
She is survived by her husband, Rojelio Gamboa; sons, Domingo Martinez Jr. and Roland Martinez; sisters, Mary Ojeda, Celia Ortiz, and Diane Ramirez; brother, Adam Ramirez; countless friends in Hillsboro, Texas; in addition to numerous extended family and friends.
