Rosemary Pedraza

January 25, 1944 – September 11, 2026

Rosemary Pedraza, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and faithful servant, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2026, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family. She was 82 years old.

Born in San Antonio, Texas, on January 25, 1944, Rosemary was a proud graduate of Sidney Lanier High School. Dedicated to shaping young minds and supporting her community, she spent most of her life working 25 years as a data clerk and continued to work as a substitute there after. Following her retirement, she embraced the simple joys of life, cherishing every moment spent alongside her devoted husband, children, and grandchildren.

Rosemary lived her life with a servant’s heart, consistently placing the needs of others above her own. She brought energy and light into every room, whether she was enjoying bingo, hosting poker nights, taking trips to the casino (lucky ducky), or cheering on her favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs. Above all else, her unwavering faith in God served as the cornerstone of her life and the foundation of her family.

Her memory will be treasured forever by her loving family. She is preceded by her devoted husband, of 63yrs, Eulalio Pedraza, sons, Lalo Pedraza jr (Sandra), Edward Pedraza (Rosemary); her daughters, Elizabeth O’Jeda (Cipriano), Eva Wurdinger (Jon); as well as 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Rosemary’s warmth, generosity, and spirit will be missed tremendously by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Closed casket visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 9am -10am at St James Catholic Church.
