Rosie Flores Salazar was born on June 15, 1977, in San Antonio, Texas; she passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her side. Rosie is reunited in Heaven with her Father Carlos R. Flores on November 03, 2025, at the age of 48. Rosie faced serious medical issues in recent years, but she never let life's challenges hold her back from living life to the fullest. She loved her husband Mark and devoted her whole life to her two Daughters Pearl Abigail Flores (17) and Lillian Marie Flores (15). Her daughters where her entire world everywhere Rosie went her two girls were always by her side. She enjoyed cookouts with her family, trips to the beach, Holiday gatherings and family celebrations. Rosie loved to spend time with her mother, often picking her up and taking her thrifting or out to eat. Rosie was always willing to help family, friends and extended family with food or a place to stay. She loved The Low Rider Lifestyle and GT Mustangs. Rosie loved to hear the roaring sound of Harley's, it always brought excitement and a smile to her face. Rosie would like her family and friends to remember her as a Fighter till the end leaving this world on her terms and when she was ready. Heaven and our Father will have their hands full with this Angel. She will forever be missed. In addition to her loving Father Carlos R. Flores, Rosie is also preceded in death by Baby nephews, Angel Castanon, Thomas Castanon and Baby niece Charlene Flores.

Rosie is deeply loved and will be forever missed by her Husband Mark A. Salazar, Daughters, Pearl A. Flores, Lillian M. Flores and Loving Mother Irma Flores; Sisters, Janet F. (Sergio) Castanon, Virginia F. (Eric) Juarez; a Brother Carlos (Ruby) Flores; and numerous nephews and nieces, Eric Jr, Rosa, Erica, Gabriel, Gilbert, J.R., Kamilia, Juan, Faith and Carlos VI;in addition to numerous extended family and friends.
