Obituary

Rosita Guerrero, a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished "Grammy," beloved sister, aunt, and loyal friend, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2025.

Born on July 6, 1951, in Brownsville, Texas, to Francisco and Generosa Gomez, Rosita's life was defined by her deep faith, joyful spirit, and unwavering dedication to her family. She graduated from Fox Tech High School and carried her vibrant energy into everything she did.

Rosita worked for many years at Southwestern Bell before retiring. She then dedicated her time to helping with the family business and, most importantly, becoming a full-time Grammy. Her faith in Jesus was central to her life, and she loved serving others. Her radiant smile could

light up any room, and her joyous, contagious laugh brought warmth to everyone around her.

She was a truly devoted wife to Antonio and her greatest joy was the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rosita is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Antonio Guerrero; their son, Antonio Guerrero II (Yadira); her grandsons, Antonio Guerrero III, Aidan Guerrero (Kristen), and Christian Guerrero (Kara); Granddaughters, Sarah and Cynthia; and her great-grandchildren, Alec, Colt, Elijah, Olivia Rose, Case, and Caleb. She is also survived by numerous other loving family members and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Generosa Gomez; her sister, Rachel Martinez; and her brother, Frank Gomez.
