A Poem by her son, Michael Anthony Brown Jr. "The Sparkle in my Mothers Eyes"

Loving you mom, a smile that flew from you to sister and I…. never knew a smile so bright could make me cry…. Tears form a sparkle in my eye, unnoticed currently lacking light, today I've become a sun with no sky above the clouds. Behind the youth kept in your eyes, I see the warmth in your smile and the sparkle in your eye. A perfection too good to die, rest your worries, for the life you brought in the world, both sis and I cherish the times…. May your smile keep us warm in the coldest of night, a perfect light beaming from your eyes we no longer fear the dark for you give us light. A perfect picture of my mother, I see through your eyes…. ever loving beauty with a love that never dies.  I love you mom, hoping you hear me, I know you loved me, if you ever questioned, I love you, now you know why ……

Words from her mother, Margaret Valdes –

I believe we shall follow those we grieve, and when it happens, we shall rejoice. Rest in Heavenly Peace my daughter…. No more tears, no more pain, rest in the arms of our creator in heaven above.

1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18 (NIV) Believers Who Have Died

13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15 According to the Lord's word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.
