Roxann was called home on February 25th, the year of our lord 2026.

Roxy was born on April 21st, 1970 in San Antonio Texas.  She goes on to join her mother Olivia C. Tompkins.

Roxann is survived by her husband of 12 years Jesse Rangel Jr. and Children Christina Quitugua (Johnathan), Brittney Perez, Marcus Perez, Jesse Rangel III, Giovanna Marie Rangel.  3 grandchildren Athena Quitugua, Alessandra Vargas, Adrian Guzman.  She will also be missed by her, father, Raymond Rodriguez (Julia)  sisters, Renett Rodriguez, Raquel Gamez (Chris), and Katie Rodriguez; niece, Oliva Gamez, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and of course dear friends.

Roxann had many interest and hobbies to include; Bingo, stargazing, camping, Texas History, cooking, baking, fossils, and her furbabies Wall-E the late sir Houdini, Nala, Pandy, the late mr Lucky AKA monster, Daisy and booger (parrot).
